Patient Account Representative – Part Time (.6 – .75 FTE)
We have an opening for a part time Patient Account Representative at our Business Office in Edina to work 24-30 hours/week. Primary duties include collections and resolution of issues related to patient accounts. This position works proactively with patients, insurance companies, and clinical staff regarding past due bills and payment arrangements. The Patient Account Representative will review hardship requests and make referrals to financial assistance programs as needed.
Qualified candidates should have at least 2 years of medical collections or patient accounting / billing experience. An understanding of insurance and third party payers is preferred. Previous All Scripts experience is also a plus. Candidates must be organized, pay attention to detail, work independently and as part of a team to assist others in the billing department.

Desktop Support Technician – Full Time
We have an opening for a full time Desktop Support Technician at our Business Office in Edina. This position will provide technical support to end users within the clinics across the Twin Cities Metro and Business Office in Edina either in person or remotely. Some flexibility to travel to different locations will be required. This position will work mostly daytime hours, Monday-Friday, with some availability required on weekends as projects occur.
Qualified candidates should have an Associate’s Degree and/or at least 2 years of I.T. / helpdesk support experience. Experience in Microsoft Office 2007 & 2010, Windows 7 & 8 platforms required, with healthcare industry experience preferred. Ability to obtain a Certification of Microsoft Technology Associate within 2 years of employment. Excellent customer service and professional communication required!
