I feel it is an absolute privilege to care for patients with cancer and for their families, and I am constantly in awe of my patients’ strength and insight.

Dr. Childs is a board-certified radiation oncologist. Her areas of practice include breast and lung cancers, lymphoma, gastrointestinal cancers, prostate cancer, and head and neck cancers. She is experienced in external beam radiation therapy, intensity modulated radiation therapy, proton radiotherapy, HDR brachytherapy, image-guided radiation therapy, stereotactic radiosurgery, and stereotactic body radiotherapy.

Outside of work, Dr. Childs plays the violin, and enjoys books, art, tennis, and gardening.  She is the mother of three young boys.
