• Form W-2s for tax year 2025 have been mailed. You may request an additional copy to be mailed to you by contacting Payroll at jstigman@mropa.com or 952-920-4915 Ext 122. This notice will remain available through October 15, 2026.

Form 1095-C

• Employers are no longer required to automatically send Form1095-C to individuals. You may request a paper copy of your Form 1095-C for tax year 2025 to be mailed to you by contacting Payroll at jstigman@mropa.com or 952-920-4915 Ext 122. This notice will remain available through October 15, 2026.
