Driving Directions:
From the North
· Take Hwy 100 south to Crosstown Hwy 62.
· Take 62 east to France Ave, and then turn right (south) on France Ave.
· Fairview Southdale is located two blocks down on 64th St.
· The first set of stoplights on France Ave will be 65th Street. Take a left on 65th into Fairview Southdale.
· The Radiation Center is located at the corner of 65th and France. You may want to park in one of the ramps and go to the hospital's main entrance. When you check in, they can escort you to the Radiation Center.
From the South
· Take Hwy 100 north to Crosstown Hwy 62.

· Follow 94 east to 494.
· Take 494 south to the Crosstown Hwy 62 exit.
· Follow 62 east to the France Ave exit and go right (south).
